Serving size will vary by product. Please read the suggested use on the back of the product label. 

Where is the expiration date on the product?

Expiration dates are located on the bottom of the bottle. All Clean Nutra products have approximately 1-3 years of shelf life at the time of purchase.

What’s the turnaround time on my order?

At Clean Nutra, we strive for excellence, and that starts with our shipping procedures. We aim to send your order out the day it is purchased; however, it may take 1-3 business days. How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is fulfilled, we send your package to a trusted mail carrier. All domestic USA orders are shipped within 1-3 days from the time of the order. Shipping can take anywhere from 3-7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not ship internationally.

How do I track my package?

We will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link and number so you can check the status and location at every step of the shipping process. If you haven’t received tracking information up to three days after your order, please reach out to customer support for more information.

What shipping methods are available?

Currently, we offer standard shipping via USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

The product arrived damaged or unsealed, can I get a replacement?

Absolutely! If your item arrives damaged or broken, contact us at, and we will send a replacement immediately.

How can I change my shipping address after I order?

It may be difficult to change the shipment destination once the order has been placed. If the product has already been shipped, we cannot change the address. We strongly advise you to confirm your shipping address prior to placing an order. What if I want to cancel my order after I already placed it?

If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact for immediate assistance. But don’t forget, we back our products with a 180-day money-back guarantee. You can try our product for six months (180 days), and if you're not completely satisfied, return it to us, and we'll refund your money.

I don’t like my product, how do I return it?

Our team will work with you on packaging and shipping regulations to ensure an easy and hassle-free return procedure. Keep in mind that while one product may not have met your health expectations, we offer an array of products that may suit your needs better.

We offer subscriptions on our website and through the Amazon Subscribe & Save program. In both circumstances, there are savings opportunities for subscribing. However, through the Amazon Subscribe & Save program, you will buy directly from our Amazon store through your Amazon account. From there, you can control your subscription through your account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your website subscription, please contact us at, and we will cancel it immediately. If your subscription was through Amazon, you will need to cancel it directly through your Amazon account.
