Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 18, 2026.

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to "consumer health data" as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act, Nevada SB 370, and the Connecticut Data Privacy Act. It applies to Washington, Nevada and Connecticut consumers and to consumer health data collected in those states. Allseason Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Clean Nutra ("we") is the regulated entity.

What consumer health data we collect

We sell dietary supplements. We do not collect medical records, diagnoses or lab results. However, some information we collect can reveal your past, present or future health status or health interests, and is therefore treated as consumer health data:

  • Products you browse, add to cart, purchase or subscribe to (for example, a product marketed for prostate, blood-sugar, thyroid, sleep, gut or hormonal support), including the page URLs you visit on our Site.
  • Quiz, survey and form answers you choose to give us about your wellness goals, symptoms, or supplement use.
  • Customer-support messages and product reviews in which you describe a health condition or outcome.
  • Inferences we or our advertising partners derive from the above (for example, "interested in sleep support").
  • Precise location is not collected. We do not collect biometric or genetic data.

Sources

Directly from you (orders, accounts, quizzes, support, reviews) and automatically through cookies, pixels and similar technologies on our Site (see the Tracking technologies section of our Privacy Policy for the full list of partners).

Why we collect it

  • To fulfill your orders and manage your subscriptions.
  • To provide customer support and respond to your questions.
  • To personalize product recommendations and offers on our Site and in our email/SMS programs, with your consent.
  • To measure and target our advertising on third-party platforms, with your consent.
  • To detect fraud and comply with law.

How we share it and with whom

  • Service providers (processors) that act on our instructions: Shopify (platform and payments), fulfillment and shipping providers, customer-support software, email/SMS delivery providers, fraud-prevention and analytics vendors. They may not use the data for their own purposes.
  • Advertising partners — Meta, TikTok, Google, Microsoft, Taboola, StackAdapt, MNTN, AppLovin, Amazon Ads, Klaviyo and the first-party tag server (Blotout) that forwards events to them — may receive page-view, cart and purchase events that reveal a health interest, together with hashed contact details or cookie identifiers, in order to measure and target ads. In Washington, Nevada and Connecticut, we share consumer health data with advertising partners only after you consent (for example, by accepting the cookie banner shown to visitors in those states). You may withdraw consent at any time (see below).
  • Affiliates within our corporate group, under this policy.
  • Legal and safety — to comply with law or protect rights and safety.
  • Business transfers — in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Sale of consumer health data. We do not sell consumer health data for money. Where state law treats disclosure to advertising partners as a "sale," we obtain the separate, signed authorization that law requires before doing so, or we do not disclose.

Your rights

You have the right to: confirm whether we are collecting, sharing or selling your consumer health data and to access it, including a list of third parties with whom we have shared it; withdraw consent to collection and sharing; delete your consumer health data (we will also instruct our processors and, where required, third parties to delete it); and appeal a decision on your request.

How to exercise them:

  • Withdraw consent / stop sharing with advertising partners: use Your Privacy Choices on any page, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, or decline/change preferences in the cookie banner where shown.
  • Access or delete: email support@cleannutra.com with the subject "Consumer Health Data Request" from the email address on your account or order. We will verify your identity using information already associated with your account and respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days with notice). Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authority.
  • Appeal: reply to our decision with "Appeal" in the subject; we will respond within 45 days. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Washington Attorney General, Nevada Attorney General or Connecticut Attorney General.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Retention and security

We retain consumer health data for as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law (transaction records generally seven years), then delete or de-identify it. Access is restricted to personnel and processors who need it to perform the functions described here.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy here and update the effective date.
